Scholarships

- Renewable for 2 years.
- Renewal requires a 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
- For students who live in St. Louis City proper.
- One-year proof of residency is required.
- For Missouri residents.
- One-year proof of residency is required.
- For residents of: Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, or Iowa.
- One-year proof of residency is required.
- For students enrolled in the 3+2 program.
- For current military personnel or veterans (with military ID).
- For international students on a student visa.
- For WashU graduates continuing their education.
Graduate assistantships
- Open to first-year MPH students.
- Application required.
- Work 10 hours per week in mentored research roles.
- Receive an hourly stipend.
- Renewable depending on faculty need and funding.
- Open to second-year MPH students.
- Application required.
- Work 10 hours per week in mentored teaching roles.
- Receive an hourly stipend.
Both assistantships are structured, mentored opportunities that support professional growth while helping offset educational costs.
Additional need-based scholarships determined by FAFSA may further reduce tuition. Students who qualify can receive an average 30% tuition scholarship (~$13,113/year).
